Welcome to my blog, Hope you like it...

I started this Blog to track my progress as I start my crafting journey. It begins with me as a fledgling crafter and hopefully ends with helping to inspire others to create.

About Me

My photo
I'm 27, married, with 3 little boys aged 7,4 and 1 and although they may keep me busy, i'll always have time for crafting!, so i'm always on the lookout for inspiration, and new ideas to try. i have just signed up as an independent demonstrator for Stampin' up! So i'm looking forward to sharing products i feel passionately about with you.

Pastels but no pink!

I actually found this challenge quite difficult, i found trying to get a decent picture of it even harder!!! (i really need to find something to help me take better photos of my cards) i made this using the free digi stamp on A day for daisies blog and coloured it in with my pro markers (i really need some more of those!) and added some glitter to my lil fairie (how could i not!)

Items used:
Papermania henbury lane paper
ADFD digi stamp
vintage ribbon from my stash
Glitter
Promarkers
hunkydory card blank

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
A Day for daisies Challenge 21 Pastels but no pink
Hooked on craft challenges Flowers

Fab card! I love my glitter and promarkers too-very much!

You'd be surprised how many different colour ways you can get out of 1 pen! On a practice image, try going around the edge in small cirlces, then once you're 'around' keep going in increasingly bigger circles, working your way in-by the time you get to the middle you'll have loads of different shades/shading going on :) really good fun and will save you some money while you save for the full set! lol

Thanks for joining us at Hooked on Craft Challenges.

*hugs* Sal x
